My unique approach to e-learning is shaped by years of experience as a training professional, including eight years as a facilitator, and a fifteen years career in journalism and other capacities. This foundation cultivates a natural ability to tell compelling stories and structure information effectively, ensuring every module is not just educational, but also captivating. Onboarding Training for Alomera Senior Living
Challenge:New employees in senior living must quickly align their performance with the organization’s mission, values, and expectations. Without structured onboarding, this can lead to inconsistent practices, reduced engagement, and misalignment with company policies.
Solution:An asynchronous e-learning module designed to help new employees build a clear understanding of the company’s mission, values, objectives, and success metrics, supporting consistent performance and cultural alignment.
Tools used: Articulate storyline, LMS
Results: Course analytics were used to evaluate learner engagement and completion rates. Knowledge transfer was assessed through performance and productivity metrics, identifying improvements in employee performance

Challenge: Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) and claims processing teams in the health insurance industry were experiencing elevated levels of stress and burnout, resulting in decreased performance, low morale, and high employee turnover.
Solution: An asynchronous e-learning module designed to help CSRs and claims processors develop practical strategies for managing stress and preventing burnout, with the goal of improving performance, morale, and employee retention.
