Managing Stress and Burnout in the Workplace

Challenge: Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) and claims processing teams in the health insurance industry were experiencing elevated levels of stress and burnout, resulting in decreased performance, low morale, and high employee turnover. 

Solution: An asynchronous e-learning module designed to help CSRs and claims processors develop practical strategies for managing stress and preventing burnout, with the goal of improving performance, morale, and employee retention.

Tools used: Articulate storyline,  talentlms

Results: Course analytics were used to evaluate learner engagement and completion rates. Knowledge transfer to the workplace was assessed using performance and productivity metrics to identify improvements in employee performance, morale, and turnover trends.
